HAPPY Birthday ADAM!---Ice Cream Cake

MY sweet Adam turned the big 2-6 yesterday!!! He is an ice cream LOOOVER! So, this year instead of buying a cake or making a regular cake, I decided to give making an ice cream cake a shot. IT WAS SO INCREDIABLY EASY!!!! MUCH easier than a regular cake. This would make a great throw last minute dessert for any get-together. ESPECIALLY during these HOT HOT summer months :)

List of supplies
1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided---I used Fat Free
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
8 OREO Cookies, crushed
12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches---Kroger was out of regular so I used chocolate chip sandwhiches

All the ingredients for the cake

POUR fudge topping into medium bowl. Whisk in 1 cup cool whip. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. Stir in chopped cookies.

4 ice cream sandwiches, side-by-side, top with half the cool whip mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining sandwiches. Frost top and sides with remaining cool whip. Put in freezer for at least 4 hours (I put mine in over night)
SO EASY!
But people will think you spent some serious time making this :)
HAPPY 26TH BIRTHDAY!!!!!!
